Comfort, Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality
At Bluestone Ridge, comfort, stunning views, and warm hospitality aren't just promises, they're the everyday reality our guests rave about.
Our boutique accommodation is designed for couples, solo travellers, or small groups seeking to slow down and reconnect with nature, and each other.
Our two architecturally designed cabins, The Cow and The Goat, are light-filled, self-contained retreats that blend country charm with modern comfort. Each features an open-plan layout, a fully equipped kitchen, private ensuite, and a plush, adjustable Sealy Posturepedic bed set beneath a skylight for dreamy stargazing. Expansive picture windows and generous decks frame uninterrupted views of the Black Ranges and Mount Buffalo, inviting the outside in.
Wake to birdsong and golden valley light, spend the day exploring King Valley’s wineries and trails, then return to comfort, views, and stillness. Our cabins come fully equipped with high-quality touches from BBQs to Sheridan towels and bedding ensuring a truly effortless stay.
Thoughtfully designed decks make the most of panoramic views that shift with the light throughout the day. But what truly sets us apart is our personal touch from warm, freshly baked bread on arrival to private tours of the property’s most breathtaking hidden lookouts.
It’s these little details that turn a beautiful stay into something unforgettable.

“Absolutely incredible location. Loved the open fire in the original hut and the quality of our accomodation. Marty was very welcoming and has a high level of attention to detail which was noticed. Great place to relax or also check out the beautiful king valley. Will be back!”

“Thanks for an amazing stay. The bed is so comfy and was an amazing experience to look at the stars at night. I didn’t want to fall asleep. Was just as amazing to see the sunrise. We enjoyed our stay at the king valley, the people are so nice and the winery’s where amazing.”
Dylan Hutchinson
“Our stay at Bluestone Ridge was great! The rooms are super nice and clean, with an amazing view of the sunrise over the mountains every morning. Marty was lovely, leaving us fresh bread upon arrival and being all round accomodating. Would recommend this accomodation to anyone and would most definitely return!”
Sarah Hilliar
“We stayed for a weekend at Bluestone Ridge and it did not disappoint. Marty is an amazing host and welcomed us to his farm very warmly. He even had the fire going upon arrival. We stayed in The Goat and the views from the room were absolutely stunning. The location is amazing, situated so close to many of the wineries in the region. Marty made us fresh bread for the morning which was such an added bonus. He was so easy to communicate with in the lead up to our stay and during. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend, we will most certainly be back. Thanks Marty!”
Gemma Mulqueen
“This is a stunning place to stay. Sitting high above the King Valley, the views are of rolling hills and cattle grazing. The units are very well equipped, spotlessly clean and have a high standard of linen, beds etc. The kitchen has everything needed. We enjoyed the pit fire every night under the stars. Marty is a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.”
